The Deepshikha Vidya Bhavan was formally inaugurated on 6th October 2019 in a grand celebration. The Chief Guest was Shri Rakesh Jhunjunwala, the largest individual investor in the country. The Guest of honour was Ms Mahima Chaudhry, a noted actress who has played a number of roles in movies depicting the challenges that women in India face.
