Deep Mela – 2024
Deep Mela – August 2024 Edition will be organized at HITEX Exhibition Grounds from 02 – 04 August 2024. It will feature 200+ stalls ranging from 4m x 2m, 3m x 2m, and 2m x 2m.
Deep Mela exhibition is frequented by at-least 10,000 visitors each year and also receives wide print and electronic media coverage.

Registration Process:
- Please download and print all the files.
- Please fill the printed forms using a ball-point pen of blue/black ink.
- Please make appropriate payments as instructed in the form.
- Please make a photocopy of the filled forms and post the original form to us via Speed-post / Courier.
- If confirmation of stall registration is not received within 15-days, please contact us immediately via website/phone.
About Deep Mela
“DeepMela” a very successful annual event of Deepshikha Mahila Club. This event has been organized right from the start of the club at regular intervals and was an attempt make to encourage women who work from their homes to be able to sell what they produced whether they were art objects, knitted wear, crocheted items, embroidered things or homemade things like Papad, Pickles, Vadis, Churans, etc.
Started with just about 15 to 20 stalls and just one evening of entertainment, Deepmela today is an annual three-day grand gala event of more than two hundred stalls. Stallholders participate from all over India showcasing the best of clothes, rakhis, jewellery, gift articles, household goods, etc.the list is endless.
The most popular area is the food court with almost fifteen stalls selling varieties of Chaat and other mouth-watering items. Authentic Indian sweets, ice-creams, cool drinks are also very popular.
Demonstrations during the Mela are also held like styles in Saree Draping, Gift Wrapping, candle making, make up, etc.
The funds raised by the Mela help us in funding our various projects; mainly our adopted Kanya Gurukul High School.
